Function Room Information

The large function room at Leyland Golf Club can easily accommodate up to 120 guests and is highly flexible, allowing it to cater to most needs. This room can be used for a wide variety of events, such as:

• Christenings
• Birthdays
• Anniversaries
• Sportsmans Dinners
• Presentation Nights
• Company Promotions
• Seminars
• Employee Training
• Exhibitions

 PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ROOM HIRES COME WITH OUR CATERING.

WE DON'T HIRE THE ROOM WITHOUT.

Ancillary items such as DJ, Flowers and Balloons can be arranged on your behalf through our partners or organised yourselves if preferred.

There is a dress code in place at the Golf Club and function organisers are asked to inform all their guests prior to attending the event.

Menus are available as a guideline, however,Drink most people like to add extra touches or favourite items to their choice of menu. Therefore a meeting to discuss the exact requirements is recommended.

There is a moveable dance floor that can be arranged to suit the needs of the function, in terms of it's size, shape and where it will be placed in the room.

Drinks packages are available to suit the occasion and may be ordered from the bar team.

Colour schemes can be provided to match outfits and themes. Should you wish to decorate the room yourself, please liaise with the bar team to arrange access to the function room on the day of your function.

Dress Code

The casual dress code policy in the clubhouse is as follows: -

• Jeans must be 'smart' not torn, ripped or cut, even if they were purchased or designed in this way
• Tee shirts must not be 'collarless with a large slogan' although a smart plain collarless tee shirt is acceptable with or without a manufacturer's name
• No camouflage wear
• No workwear
• No tracksuits or training wear
• Trainers must be clean and in good condition
• No outdoor wear - walking boots etc

Payment for Room Hire

  Payment for room hire is to be paid in full at the time of booking. This is taken as a deposit for the function. Room hire is payable by debit card, credit card, cash, cheque or bank transfer. Payments by card can be made over the phone by calling 01772 436457 option 1.

Payment Catering

We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers or cash. All payments must be made prior to the function unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Bar

Payment by debit card, credit card or cash is acceptable. Tabs are also available on request however, this must be paid on the night.
